Services are today at 11:00 am at Mt. Zion Primitive Baptist Church located at 20 S 9th St, Quincy, Florida. The funeral home in charge of the services is Reed and Hall Mortuary located at 10 South Monroe St., Quincy, FL
Soror Sylvia Ross Talbot passed away on Monday May 15, 2023 in her home in Nashville, TN. She is the cousin of Sorors Mervelle Sage and Jewel Ross Brathwaite(mom). She was initiated as an Honorary Soror on July 18, 1990 and is a Silver Soror. She was also the "International Citizen of the Year" of Alpha Kappa Alpha, Sorority Incorporated in 1990. There is no information on services at this time.
