The purpose of this message is to offer additional clarity regarding the campaign guidelines previously shared by the Nominating Committee, as outlined in the So You Want to Run for Office 2022–2026 document.

Candidates may distribute only one piece of promotional correspondence related to their candidacy via U.S. Mail, at their own expense. No other form of distribution by the candidate is permitted. The promotional piece may include multiple pages, provided that all pages are securely bound together as a single document.

All campaign materials must be presented to and approved by the Nominating Committee Chairman before distribution.

Hi Sorors,

The platform we use for our app made some changes. Therefore, we had to make some changes to the way our discussion forum was displayed. Please reach out to myself or Soror Caroline Stewart for any questions or issues.

We are excited to attend The Wizproduction on Thursday, October 16, at the Straz Center for the Performing Arts. Please review the event details below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable evening:

• Valet Parking: Opens at 5:00 PMon a first-come, first-served basis.

• Dinner: We will meet our group coordinator out front and be guided to the balcony area for dinner at 5:30 PM.

• Group Photo: A group photo will be taken at 7:00 PM in the balcony area before entering the theater.

• Showtime: The play begins promptly at 7:30 PM. Any remaining tickets can be collected during dinner or at Will-Call.

We look forward to sharing this memorable evening as we enjoy this spectacular production!

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and we’re proud to support this important cause with a raffle event to raise awareness and celebrate strength, hope, and community.

Let’s come together to honor survivors, support those currently fighting, and promote early detection. Your participation makes a difference!

Sorors, please see the attached flyer. We need 3 more volunteer Sorors of different ages and professions to be on a panel discussing success with preteens. We need two Sorors to help the event coordinator with food and logistics. If you are interested, please text me or email Soror Katina. She will get with you on the specifics and to answer any questions.
