Please take note of this brief update regarding Saturday's pickup event:

I was able to process a few size exchanges after reviewing our inventory. I will send a direct email later this evening to let you know if I was able to swap out your blazer and/or trousers for your requested size.

If an exchange was not available for your requested size, an alternate size will not be available at this event. However, you are still encouraged to pick up your garment on Saturday and take it to a tailor for a fit adjustment prior to the chapter photo.

I am excited to announce that our Batch #2 orders (blazers and trousers) have arrived, along with all exchange pieces processed during our July pickup events.

As we finalize processing and inspecting every garment for quality, we ask for your patience as we prepare for our upcoming Pickup & Exchange Event. Please review the critical logistical updates below regarding your order:

The September Executive Committee Meeting is tonight, August 31st. The registration link may say September 7th which is Labor Day. However, the meeting is tonight and the registration link in the ConnectHer will work.

Thank you for your continued patience as we prepare your custom chapter blazers and matching trousers. We have a few important updates regarding order fulfillments, shipping timelines, and local pickup options.

Shipping Delay & Additional Pickup Date:

All remaining pre-orders have been fully manufactured and packaged; however, we are experiencing unexpected international shipping and customs clearance delays resulting from a recent typhoon affecting export freight schedules. To ensure everyone gets their items conveniently, we have added an additional in-person pickup date on Saturday, September 5th at USF from 10:00am-2:00pm
