Hurricane preparedness Announcement
Good morning Sorors, please prepare yourselves for Hurricane Idalia as it tracks across the Gulf and strengthens. Thanks to our Risk Manager, Soror Jessica Holmes, we have already implemented our Hurricane preparedness plan.
· If you are not on the Chapter App, join now. This will be one of our modes of communications that will be utilized during emergencies. If we are impacted by this weather event, sorors will be asked to check-in with their hostess group Chairman/Co-Chairman. This is done so we can account for our sorors and their families. Check-ins could occur once a day, over multiple days.
· Save your hostess group Chairman/Co-chairman contact information in your phone. This will facilitate contacting them during emergencies.
· Be responsive during the check-ins. Check-in as requested, by the deadline requested. And make sure your phones are CHARGED.
