General Discussion

Join Black Voters Matter every Tuesday from 6:00–7:00 PM ET for a Texting Tuesday! This session is your gateway into BVM’s texting program (required once) and also where we launch new campaigns each week. Even if you’ve already completed the training, joining gives you early access to the latest actions. Last year, our volunteers sent an astounding 19 MILLION text messages, reaching Black communities nationwide with critical information on local elections, environmental justice, police reform, and more. These texts don’t just inform, they turn awareness into participation and participation into POWER. During the session, you’ll: * Get hands-on training on the BVM texting program * Learn how to text confidently and effectively * Receive the BVM Texting Manual * Hear about the current campaign and why it matters * Take action live, make an immediate impact, & gain access to future campaigns Whether you’re brand new or a longtime volunteer, this is your chance to be part of something bigger, where collective action drives real results and builds lasting Black political power. Register now and take action with Black Voters Matter. Zoom Authorization Requirement: This meeting requires participant authorization. You must be signed in to a Zoom account to register and join the session. Registration and access are not available to users who are not logged in.
