The 2023 NAACP Freedom Fund Dinner is September 30th at the Tampa Marriott Water Street. The Chapter budget will cover 50% of the cost of the special ticket price of $100.00 for up to 18 members. Contact PG Vanessa Paige to make your payments.
Arrangements for Mr. Joseph Griffin, Sr., Father of Soror Caroline Stewart, and Grandfather to Soror Cristin Thomas are as follows:
The service will be held at Blount & Curry Funeral Home at Garden of Memories – 4207 E. Lake Ave., Tampa, 33610, Monday, September 18, with the Viewing from 10 am to 12 pm followed by the service at 12 PM. The repass will be held at 5123 E. Dr. MLK, Jr. Blvd. Tampa 33610
Sorority Meeting is tomorrow at 9:00 am at the University Area CDC, located at 14013 N. 22nd St., Tampa, 33613. Please remember we will be collecting your Cluster II Community Service donations between 7:30 am and 9:00 am of African American books by African American authors, and new or gently used PROFESSIONAL ATTIRE fo be donated to Dress for Success. No shoes will be collected.
