Prayer: Leadership at its best
Heavenly Father, the power of your love is at work in Gamma Theta Omega and is moving in its leadership. Father God, we humbly surrender our penitent hearts for guidance, wisdom and understanding. Show us Father God how to lead in the paths of righteousness for your name’s sake. Help us to commit to what we are called to do with passion and a purpose. Show us how to serve diligently Father God, and not to mislead with prejudice or malice; not to exploit and not to gain praise for personal ambitions. Help us to overcome any temptation or challenge that may deflect us from being effective leaders. As we embrace each task Father God, give us the strength and courage to carry through, the patience to do your will, the spirit to uplift each other and the knowledge that as we lead together, we are better together.
