EAF Bling & Jeans Fundraiser Event Update
For those attending the event on August 5th, please be advised of the following:
No outside beverages are allowed, including water. We will have a cash bar onsite to meet your beverage needs.
Table decorating setup, Saturday, August 5th, from 3 pm till 4 pm. Reminder no open flames/fire hazards permitted. Remember we have a contest for the best table decorations. Prize TBD.
Online tickets that have yet to be received can be picked up the night of the event at the front desk. We are not selling tickets at the door, so please purchase your tickets on or before July 28th.
If you volunteered to assist the night of the event, please show up on time.
All physically able members are encouraged to assist with the cleaning up, which includes putting chairs/tables up and trash cleanup.
It's a fundraiser; inform your guest they can donate using the QR codes on the table, and we will accept cash/checks. All checks should be payable to the Ivy Enrichment Foundation of Tampa Bay.
