Grateful!
The songwriter Hezekiah Walker wrote in his song, “I am Grateful for the things you have done”. He was thanking God for the mercy and grace demonstrated to him by God. Today Sorors, this message reflects the sentiments of my heart for the mercy shown to us as our lives were spared and discomfort was minimized during the recent hurricane. We know it was only God and all praises belong to him.
I want to thank our Hostess Group Chairmen who stepped up and initiated daily wellness checks by contacting our members and reported daily to the Chapter’s Senior Leadership their findings. Thank you Sorors for honoring my request to minimize your chatting in the Chapter App so that urgent messages didn’t get lost in the usual chatting. We love communicating with each other. Sorors, thank you for signing up for the App. Over 300 members have now signed up! It made communicating so much easier. I’m Thankful we had a mind to initiate our App before this weather event. Thank you, Gamma Theta Omega AKA Techs!
Sorors, be sure to register today for the Cluster II meeting and the Sisterly Relations AKA on Broadway event Tina Turner Musical.
Continue to practice random acts of kindness.
Your Basileus,
Soror Tangela
