The Chapter is in sympathy with Golden Soror, Dr. Ernestine Glenn in the loss of her Brother Alfonza Anderson. A public viewing will be held on Friday, April 7thfrom 5-8 pm at Wilson Funeral Home 5000 N. 29th St. Tampa. The Homegoing services will be held on Saturday, April 8th at 2 pm at East Chelsea Baptist Church, located at 7225 E. Chelsea St. Tampa, 33610.
The Chapter is also in sympathy with Soror Rosalind Kilpatrick in the loss of her Sister, Soror Sandra Kaye Kilpatrick Williams. Please keep her lifted in prayer. No additional details are available at this time.
Soror Tressa Jones is requesting prayers for Honey Do Dwayne Jones as he has been hospitalized and undergoing emergency surgery at this time.
Soror Alveta Maultsby has been hospitalized at St. Joseph for testing. At this time, she is not accepting calls.
Expressions of Sympathy were sent to Soror Janice McCollom in the loss of IBW Irene Westbrooks McCollom, 15thSouth Atlantic Regional Director and to Alpha Kappa Omega Chapter in the loss of The 20th South Central Regional Director, Soror Polly Sparks Turner, who became an Ivy Beyond the Wall on Thursday, March 30, 2023.
