4/30 Announcements
Good afternoon Sorors, for those of you who attended the 70th South Atlantic Regional Conference, I'm sure you would agree, it was executed with precision and Southern charm with all events starting timely. The initial opening Prayer Breakfast set the tone for the entire conference. The closing Ecumenical service sealed the conference experience with Honey Do Anthony K. Russell as the speaker. I hope that you are all arriving home safely and finding things in order. Job well done to those Chapter members who participated in the Pretty Girls walk like this Cluster II invitation. Congratulations Soror Deidre Jones as you kick off your time of service as the Co-Chairman of the 71 South Atlantic Regional Conference in 2024.
This is a reminder that we will have our regularly scheduled Virtual Executive Board meeting tomorrow at 6:30 p.m.
The Chapter is in sympathy with Golden Soror Caridad Arenas Johnson in the loss of her daughter, Regla Teresa Arenas who passed away on April 29, 2023. The Viewing for Regla Teresa will be on May 12th from 4 -7 pm. Followed by The funeral Services on Saturday, May 13th at 11:00 a.m. Both services will be held at Ray Williams Funeral home, 301 N. Howard Ave., Tampa 33606.
Prayers requested for Soror Debra Gilreatch who became ill during the Regional conference and was hospitalized in Orlando.
