Important announcements
Sorors, many of you have expressed deep concern over HB 999 and SB266. The Chapter has Chartered a 55 passenger bus to transport us to AKA DAY AT THE CAPITOL. Today, I received the official list of those members of Gamma Theta Omega Chapter who have registered to attend and voice our outrage over the proposed legislation and much to my surprise, and shock, we only have 17 registered members signed up to date to represent our interest. Sorors, the deadline to register is March 17th.
Registration has been extended to Friday, March 17 at 11:59 pm for the Regional Conference.!
Sorors, please don’t forget to bring your gently worn or new jeans to the Sorority meeting for a worthy cause donation. Soror Faith Burris will be collecting them.
Lastly, we will also be collecting Socks, chapstick, crossword puzzles and other items to donate for our Regional Service Project. Please see the Tea Rose for the complete list of items and bring them to Saturdays’ Sorority meeting. Sorority meeting will be held at The Moffitt Cancer Center at 9:00 am. You can self-park at the GOLD GARAGE on floors 3 and 6, then take the elevator down to ground level.”
